Riette and Steven’s wedding encapsulated the very real meaning of what weddings are about. You know the kind of love that people dream of, meeting your prince charming (or princess), loving their family, and riding off in to the sunset. Or more to the point, the uniting of two people, through love, friendship, family, happiness, faith & commitment. Their wedding was held at Oak House in a quaint diamond mining town, Cullinan, just out side of Johannesburg in South Africa. In 1905, the largest diamond in the world was found in Cullinan at 3, 106 carats, which brought about the towns fame, and fortune. Quite fitting really that such beautiful weddings are held here.
Riette & Steven are some of the nicest people I have ever met, their love and commitment to their friends and family and love for each other, was awe-inspiring to witness. I get that words are just words, but I think when combined with the pictures of their wedding day, well, then they will tell you a thousand words that I couldn’t begin to write.
